The rules for joining are pretty easy, and very standard:1-You must be a fan of Rebecca Hawkins, of course!
2-When filling out the form include your name (Or a believable nickname, not like for ex: rebeccafan177), and write your name normally not like tHiS or THIS.
3-Valid e-mail address and the country in which you reside.
4-You don't need a website to join. However, if you have a website I will be very pleased if you link back :) Check the codes section, upload it to your own server, or provide a text link.
5-No direct-linking.
6-All members will be listed, however if your site contains illegal/offensive content, I will list you but not your site.
